Laundry House – Account and Data Deletion Request

 

  Laundry House users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

 

  How to request deletion

 

  To request account deletion, contact us by email or WhatsApp:

  Please include the phone number used to create your Laundry House account so we can identify and verify the account.

 

  What we delete

 

  After verifying the request, we delete or anonymize the data associated with your account, including:

 

  – Account name

  – Phone number

  – Saved addresses and delivery location pins

  – Address notes

  – Push notification device association

  – In-app notifications

  – Account settings

 

  What we may keep

 

  We may retain some order, invoice, payment, delivery, security, or support records when needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or

  business record purposes.

 

  Retention period

 

  Deletion requests are processed within 30 days after verification.

 

  Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before they are automatically removed from backup systems.

 

  Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, or business record purposes may be kept for the period required by applicable

  law or legitimate business needs.
